Free Shipping in New Zealand on orders $120+.

We're proud to offer the fastest & cheapest shipping service in New Zealand.

Orders greater than $120 are eligible for free shipping to any NZ residential address. Orders less than $100 or less may be delivered to any NZ Residential address at the applicable rate:

Auckland: $5.99
Rest of New Zealand: $7.49

Overnight delivery on all orders addressed to residential addresses (working days). A tracking link will be sent to your email upon collection. Every disc is shipped in a protective box.

Free Rural Delivery on orders over $170. Orders less than $170 may be delivered to rural addresses for $12.49. All rural deliveries are booked on 3-5 working day service.



Our Australia customers have the option of a tracked or untracked delivery service.

Shipping rates are determined by order weight. The general rule of thumb is as the quantity of items ordered increases, the shipping per item decreases.

Preorder customers will be given early access to applicable products once they are received at WIN.O HQ and have first choice of colour preference. Details/instructions about early access will be emailed to preorder customers ahead of time. Preorder today to secure early access to the drop. 

Preorder products can only be shipped once the requisite stock arrives at WIN.O HQ. Placing a separate order for non-preorder products is highly recommended. In the event a customer has purchased both preorder and non-preorder products together in the same order, the customer may request to have non-preorder products shipped immediately - an additional shipping charge may apply.

All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase. We accept returns for any reason – sizing, colour, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. Items must be in retail quality – unwashed, unused and with original tags attached. An exchange is subject to product availability once the return arrives back to our NZ warehouse and is processed.

Items purchased at full price can be returned for a Refund, Store Credit or Size Exchange. Should the stock requested not be available, the returnee will be offered a store credit. Sale items are eligible for our normal return conditions unless purchased in a sample sale or advertised as final sale online.

If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a Repair, Refund, Credit or Exchange, at our discretion.
